Goal

The ISG West Bengal Chapter was formed with the goal of academic growth of Gastroenterology in this State. Over the years, this goal has not only been adhered to with steadfast zeal, but we as a Society have added many other feathers to our cap, keeping our original goal intact.

We have now extended our activities manifold. We aim to bring together all Gastroenterologists of Eastern India under this one umbrella of ISG West Bengal Chapter. To this end we actively welcome enrolment of new members, conduct monthly academic evening symposia, and an Annual Conference which is attended by gastroenterologists and faculty from India and abroad.

In essence, we aim to learn together.
